You must call to sign up for classes in order for your spot to be held.  48 hrs notice is required for cancellations Cake Classes($140 per person) Cake Classes consist of four two hour sessions.  They are held on the same day of the week for four consecutive weeks.  Classes are from 7-9pm at night.  Please see the descriptions above for more details about the cake classes that are offered. Cookie Classes($30 per person) Students are taught how to decorate a set of seasonally themed cookies. Classes start with a review of the recipes used for the sugar cookie and royal icing. Students receive instruction on how to use a pastry bag and are allowed to practice. Then they follow step by step instructions for how to decorate the cookies. A dozen cookies per student.  frosting are provided and copies of all recipes are given. Please bring a cookie tray or box to take home your creations in. Decorating Basics The Wilton Method® Decorating Basics Course is the perfect place to start! Your Instructor will show you the right way to decorate, step by step, so that you experience the excitement of successfully decorating your first cake in a Wilton Method Course. Then, youll discover the secrets of arranging them in a beautifully balanced cake-top bouquet. Your amazing flowers will be framed by an impressive boarder treatment or basketweave design. With the skills you learn here and your ability to make flowers in advance using gum paste and fondant or royal icing, you can create beautiful blooms at your convenience, ready to place on any cake. Gum Paste and Fondant In Gum Paste and Fondant youll discover one of the most exciting and satisfying ways to decorate a cake. Your Wilton Method Instructor will lead you every step of the way as you create amazing hand shaped flowers, beautiful borders and bold accents using these easy-to-shape icings. As you learn each technique  an artful bow, mum, rose, carnation, calla lily, rosebud, daisy, and embellished borders  youll be closer to your crowning achievement: A Final Course Cake that showcases your skills.
